Redeem via Microsoft Store app 

• Open the Microsoft Store by searching for it in the Start menu.
• Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Redeem code or gift cards.
• Enter the 25-character code and click Next. 

Redeem via Xbox app 

• Open the Xbox app (install it from the Microsoft Store if you don't have it).
• Click your gamerpic in the top-left corner and select Settings.
• In the Settings menu, find and click the Redeem button under the "Redeem a code" section.
• Enter the 25-character code, click Next, and follow the prompts
