Zenless Zone Zero keeps dropping heavy hitters, and Yidhari is no exception. Ever since her reveal, players have been buzzing about her design, her brutal hammer attacks, and her risky-but-rewarding playstyle that gets stronger the closer she is to danger.

She’s not just another stylish S-Rank agent, Yidhari brings a fresh mechanic to the game: her Ice damage turns into Sheer Damage that ignores enemy defense. Combine that with her scaling bonuses when her HP is low, and you’ve got a character who thrives on living on the edge.

So, let’s break down Zenless Zone Zero Yidhari skills, signature W-Engine, Mindscape Cinema buffs, pre-farm materials, and whether or not you should pull for her when she finally lands in Version 2.3.

Who is Yidhari?

Yidhari is an S-Rank Rupture Ice agent affiliated with Spook Shack. In the story, she’s portrayed as a quiet chronicler, but on the battlefield she’s a relentless force who trades HP for power. She’s expected to debut in the Phase 1 banner of Version 2.3, alongside other returning favorites, making her one of the most anticipated agents of the patch.

What makes her stand out isn’t just her raw damage, it’s the way her kit turns self-risk into team value. She can deal massive Sheer DMG that ignores defense, heal herself in the middle of combos, and even provide AoE healing and shielding during her Ultimate.

Core Passive

Yidhari gains additional Sheer Force based on her maximum HP, with each point of max HP increasing Sheer Force by 0.1;

All Ice DMG dealt by Yidhari’s skills becomes Sheer DMG that ignores enemy defense and uses Sheer Force as the skill DMG multiplier;

The lower Yidhari’s HP percentage, the higher DMG her skills deal and the less DMG she takes;

When Yidhari’s HP falls below 40%, the buff reaches its maximum effect, increasing attack DMG up to a maximum increase of 80% and reducing received DMG up to 25%;

While in the background, if Yidhari’s HP is below 30%, she slowly recovers HP;

Yidhari gains less Decibels through normal means, but when the whole squad’s HP decreases, she gains Decibels at a certain ratio.

This makes her a walking gamble: the more you let her bleed, the stronger she becomes.

Yidhari Signature W-Engine

Yidhari’s best-in-slot W-Engine boosts both her HP and Ice Sheer DMG. At R1, it grants:

  • Base ATK ~713
  • +30% HP as a substat
  • A scaling effect that increases Sheer DMG the lower her HP goes
  • +20% CRIT Rate when she’s under 50% HP
