1. Redeeming via Website (Best for iOS Users)
- Head to the official HSR Redeem Code Site.
- Log in using your HoYoverse account.
- Select your server and character.
- Paste the redemption code.
- Tap “Redeem” and… it’s in your in-game Mail!
iOS players: this is your only option, since in-game code redemption doesn’t show up on Apple devices.

- Tap the Phone icon on the top left.
