This effect can activate up to 8 times per turn (either at the start of the turn or during one ally’s action) but cannot trigger repeatedly from the same damage source.

The Zone lasts for 3 turns, decreasing by 1 turn at the start of each new turn, and will end prematurely if Hysilens is knocked down.

Talent

The Sea Siren Sings grants Hysilens a 100% base chance to inflict one of the following status effects—Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, or Shock—when using her Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate. She prioritizes applying different types of DoT effects rather than repeating the same one.

If the enemy is afflicted with Wind Shear, Burn, or Shock, they take Wind, Fire, or Lightning DoT equal to 25% of Hysilens’ ATK at the start of each turn, for 2 turns.
If affected by Bleed, the enemy suffers Physical DoT equal to 20% of their Max HP, capped at 25% of Hysilens’ ATK, also lasting 2 turns.

Technique

Oceanic Abode activates when Hysilens uses her Technique, creating a Special Dimension that lasts for 20 seconds and moves forward automatically. Enemies caught within this dimension enter the “Enraptured” state, during which they won’t attack Hysilens and will follow the dimension as long as it remains active.

If battle begins while enemies are still in the Enraptured state, each enemy has a 100% base chance to be afflicted with two random DoT effects—Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, or Shock—matching those triggered by Hysilens’s Talent. Only one ally-created Dimension effect can be active at any given time.
