What is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang?
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is a 5v5 mobile MOBA developed by Moonton. Two teams of five players each pick a hero, battle across a three-lane map, and race to destroy the enemy base. Matches average 10 to 15 minutes.
In 2025, MLBB crossed 100 million daily active players globally and launched a standalone US server, separating it from the original SEA-focused infrastructure. The US scene now has its own ranked ladder, events, and esports circuit, including MPL US qualifiers.
If you play on the US server, your account is region-locked. You can only top up using US payment methods through providers that connect to Moonton's US supply, which is what Joytify does.
Account Region: Why It Matters
MLBB runs separate account ecosystems, such as the US, Global, and SEA. Diamonds bought for one region do not transfer to another. Before you top up:
- Check your in-game region. Open MLBB, tap your profile (top-left), and look for the server label. If it says US, this page is the right one.
- If your account is on Global or SEA, use the Mobile Legends Global page instead. Diamonds purchased here will not credit a Global account.
- Weekly Diamond Pass limit: US accounts can buy WDP up to 10 times in any 70-day window. After that, MLBB blocks further WDP purchases until the cooldown resets.
- Account binding: Make sure your MLBB account is bound to a Moonton, Google, or Facebook ID. Unbound accounts cannot reliably receive top ups if Moonton flags suspicious activity.
First Time Topping Up Mobile Legends?
Here is what actually happens after you pay:
- Diamonds appear in your MLBB account within 5 to 30 seconds. You do not need to log out or restart the game.
- You will see the new total in the top-right diamond counter the next time you tap any shop, event, or draw screen.
- If diamonds do not appear after 5 minutes, check that your User ID and Zone ID match your in-game profile exactly. Wrong Zone ID is the single most common issue.
- Still nothing? Message Joytify Customer Care on WhatsApp with your transaction number. Refunds for failed top ups are processed back to your original payment method.
Topping Up for an MLBB Event?
Before you buy, know the difference between base and bonus diamonds:
- Base diamonds count toward MLBB Recharge Benefits events (the ones that unlock skins for hitting recharge milestones).
- Bonus diamonds are added to your account but do not count toward event progress.
Example: the 86-diamond pack is 78 base + 8 bonus. You receive all 86 diamonds, but only 78 count toward the next event milestone. If you are chasing a recharge event, plan around the base value, not the headline number.
The Weekly Diamond Pass (WDP) does not count toward MLBB Recharge Benefits events at all. WDP is best for steady free-to-play income, not event grinding.
Why Top Up Mobile Legends at Joytify?
- Diamonds arrive in seconds, not minutes. Even during peak event hours when MLBB servers are slammed, the average delivery on Joytify is under 30 seconds because we connect directly to Moonton's official supply.
- No login required. You give us your User ID and Zone ID, that is it. We never ask for your password, email, or account recovery info. Your account stays yours.
- PayPal and card, no awkward middlemen. Pay how you normally pay. No prepaid voucher codes, no e-wallet detours, no extra accounts to create.
- 24/7 support that knows MLBB. Customer Care is on WhatsApp and email, not a ticket queue. If your Zone ID is wrong or an event diamond did not count, the team can actually help you sort it.
- 80% off for new US user IDs. Apply code JOYTIFYUS at checkout. One-time offer, applies to your first top up only.
