About Ragnarok Zero: Global

Ragnarok Zero: Global is a classic PC MMORPG with a subscription game pass model. It is developed and published by Gravity Game Unite, a subsidiary of Gravity Co., Ltd., and runs on the GNJOY platform. The game launched in August 2026, after pre-registration and open beta tests, and brings the classic Ragnarok experience to players worldwide. You play on Windows PC with the client from the GNJOY site. The world of Midgard keeps its 2D pixel sprites, familiar job system and iconic music, now with modern quality-of-life features on top.

Kafra Points (KP) and Items You Can Top Up

KP, short for Kafra Points, is the premium currency in Ragnarok Zero: Global. Gameplay and Job System of Ragnarok Zero: Global

Ragnarok Zero: Global keeps the original look and feel of classic Ragnarok, from the pixel sprites to the world of Midgard. It also adds auto-combat, auto-hunting, optimized travel routes and a revamped UI/UX, which make daily play smoother. Combat happens in real time and is built around parties. MVP Raid content rewards teamwork, card-based gear augmentation lets you fine-tune your build, and Zero-exclusive episodes and localized maps give you new areas to explore. The game also links to Get Poring, where you collect Porings and pets, and to RO Factory, a user-generated content feature.

Jobs, Classes and Character Progression

Every adventure starts with one of six classic first jobs: Swordsman, Mage, Archer, Acolyte, Merchant or Thief. Each job leads into its own advancement line with distinct skills and party roles. The strongest gear comes from hunting MVPs and crafting, so the time you spend in the field is what moves your character forward. Kafra Points cover convenience items like potions and EXP or drop-rate buffs that help you reach your next job change sooner. Combine regular KP top ups with an active game pass and you can enjoy the full classic journey at your own pace.
