Its working title in industry databases was reportedly Cannula, which makes a lot more sense once you see the IV line taped to the protagonist&#8217;s arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full reveal came at Sony&#8217;s State of Play on February 12, 2026, with the release date locked in during the June 2, 2026 State of Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Four years from teaser to launch, for a 30-person team making a licensed Silent Hill title in Unreal Engine 5, reads less like a stalled project and more like a studio that actually took its time with the town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jon McKellan directs and writes, Graeme McKellan handles design, and Motoi Okamoto, the same producer steering the wider Silent Hill revival, oversees things on the Konami side. Deluxe buyers got in 48 hours early, on September 22. Depending on region and storefront, some players saw the game unlock slightly earlier than midnight local time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Platforms are limited to PlayStation 5 and Windows PC, available through Steam and Epic.
