unit does on paper from what it does when you&#8217;re staring down a boss with a hard enrage timer and one SP bar left to work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Star Sailors splits its roster into two functional buckets, and the tier list has to respect that split. Battle Partners sit on the front line next to your Adventurer, take damage, and get targeted directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assist Partners sit off-field, buff or debuff from safety, and can&#8217;t be hit. Attackers and Defenders are almost always Battle Partners, since they&#8217;re built to stand on the field and either deal damage or eat hits. Supporters and Debuffers dominate the Assist slots, where their kits work better without the risk of getting targeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right now the meta leans hard on Fire and Light.
