What's Top Spender Program?

The Top Spender Program rewards customers who make the largest purchases of BIGO Live Diamonds or Poppo Live Coins between 10 March and 12 April 2026. The top spenders during this period will receive special prizes based on their ranking.

Prizes:

• 1st Place: 50,000 BIGO Diamonds or 8.9M Poppo Coins
• 2nd Place: 30,000 BIGO Diamonds or 4.6M Poppo Coins
• 3rd Place: 10,000 BIGO Diamonds or 1.78M Poppo Coins
• 4th–5th Place: 2,000 BIGO Diamonds or 273K Poppo Coins
• 6th–10th Place: 1,000 BIGO Diamonds or 178K Poppo Coins

Winners can choose to receive their reward in either BIGO Diamonds or Poppo Coins.

Terms & Conditions – Top Spender Challenge

1. General: The Top Spender Challenge (“Program”) is organized by PT Global Digital Indokreasi (Joytify) (“Organizer”). By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Joytify reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Program Period: The Program runs from March 10, 2026 (00:00 GMT+7) – April 12, 2026 (23:59 GMT+7).

3. Eligible Transactions: Valid transactions include purchases of Bigo Live Diamonds and Poppo Live Coins through Joytify during the Program period. Only completed and successful payments are counted; cancelled, refunded, or invalid transactions are ineligible.

4. Participant Eligibility: Open to all individual customers of Joytify with a valid account. Not valid for employees of Joytify, related agencies, or their immediate family members.

5. Winner Determination: Winners are determined based on the highest accumulated spending during the Program Period. Joytify’s decision is final and binding.

6. Prizes: Details of prizes will be announced officially by Joytify. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

7. Official Winner Announcement: Announcements will only be made through Joytify’s official website or Social Media. Winner announcements will be made on April 27, 2026, or another date determined by Joytify. Prizes will be delivered to the account registered by each winner. If a prize is not received within 14 business days from the delivery date, the winner must report it to Joytify or the prize is deemed received. Joytify reserves the right to disqualify or suspend accounts for violations or unusual activities. Fraudulent actions may result in a ban from future Joytify programs.

8. Leaderboard: The leaderboard is updated Monday to Friday at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) starting March 11, 2026. Customers can check the list through the official leaderboard link. Participants agree to allow Joytify to use customer data for daily leaderboard announcements.

9. Privacy Policy: Participants’ personal data will only be used for Program purposes and handled according to applicable regulations.

10. Other Provisions: Joytify may cancel a winner’s eligibility if violations of these Terms & Conditions are found. Joytify is not liable for technical errors or system disruptions beyond its control that affect the Program.
