WuWa 2.8 New Characters

Chisa

Chisa is a Havoc Broadblade Resonator who shines as a core unit in Negative Status team comps. Her Outro Skill increases the cap for Negative Status and Electro Rage stacks by three letting your team push debuffs even further. She also brings reliable team healing through her Resonance Liberation, making her a rare hybrid support that boosts debuff potential and survivability.

Buling

Buling is a 4★ Electro healer who brings a surprising amount of offensive support. She applies Electro Flare, increases teammates’ Resonance Skill DMG, and boosts total team damage with her Outro Skill.

When she gains Minor Yin and Minor Yang, she triggers Yin-Yang Balance, enhancing her kit and upgrading her Resonance Liberation into Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony. This creates a Five Thunders Spell Array that deals periodic Electro DMG and empowers allies with Thunder Spell effects. After two Intro Skills are cast, every active resonator gains a 30% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus.

WuWa 2.8 New Weapon

Kumokiri (5★)

• Base ATK: 500
• Crit Rate: 36%
• Skill – Thread of Fate (R1): Increases ATK by 12%. When the wielder casts an Intro Skill or inflicts Negative Status, they gain 8% Resonance Liberation DMG (up to 3 stacks). At max stacks, when any team member inflicts a Negative Status, they receive a 24% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 15 seconds.

WuWa 2.8 New Echo Set

Thread of Severed Fate

3-Piece Bonus: Inflicting Havoc Bane grants a 20% ATK boost and a 30% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus for 5 seconds.

WuWa 2.8 New Skin

Zani is getting a new outfit, Downtown Repose!
