Content Guidelines
- Include #Joytify in the caption or post for TikTok.
- Tag @joytifyofficial in the caption or post for X & Instagram and @JoytifyPH for Facebook.
- For Videos, the duration should be 10–60 seconds long and clear (not blurry).
- Don’t forget to add the Joytify logo to your photo/video; make sure it fits the content but remains clearly visible.
- Content should avoid any toxic, offensive, or sensitive topics, including those related to politics, religion, race, or other controversial issues.
- Do not mention or display competitor brands.
- Do not provide negative feedback that could harm Joytify’s reputation.

Brand and Logo Guidelines
- “Joytify” must be written as one word, without spaces.
- The Joytify logo must be clearly visible, not blurry, distorted, or covered by any text or elements.
- The logo’s color, hue, or saturation must not be modified in any way.
- The logo is required to appear at least once in the video, either in the intro, as a watermark, or in the outro.
Content Program Terms & Conditions
- Submitted content must be uploaded after the program start date, which begins on November 14, 2025 (not before).
- Content can only be redeemed once it reaches a minimum of 10,000 views for TikTok, IG Reels, and X. For Facebook, only posts that are successfully shared in selected groups (at least 2 groups) & your account will be eligible.
- Content must be submitted within a maximum of 2 weeks from the original upload date.
- The maximum number of rewards per day is as follows:
- Facebook: 5 rewards/day (Reward: 60 Genesis Crystal, Oneiric Shard, or Monochrome per post)
- TikTok, IG Reels & X: 5 rewards/day (Reward: Blessing of The Welkin Moon, Express Supply Pass, or Inter-Knot Membership per 10,000 views)
- You’ll receive your reward on Thursday of the following week after submitting your content.
